The co-founders of the company have extensive experience in the field of Software Testing, having held senior management

The company has test centers in Pune and Bangalore, India and in Bellevue, USA.
In typical service organizations, less than 25% of the resources are test engineers, while 2% or less have specialized skills like

Subodh Parulekar (Co-Founder and CEO)
Prior to AFour Subodh Parulekar was the Vice-President, and Co-Head of the Testing Business Unit in MindTree.
He has over sixteen years of software engineering experience, with expertise in Software Testing and Quality Engineering,
Project Management, Solutions Architecture and creation of new services. Prior to MindTree, Subodh was VP and head of the
itest Practice at Aztecsoft, through the acquisition of Disha Technologies (a pioneer in independent testing for ISV segment).
Before Disha, Subodh worked on embedded software development for Metawave Communications, Redmond, and Nortel
Networks, Ottawa. He has also worked on software development for Distributed Control Systems in Honeywell, India. He holds
a Master's Degree in Systems and Computer Engineering from Carleton University, and an MBA from the University of Washington
Mahesh Kulkarni (Co-Founder and MD)
Prior to AFour Mahesh Kulkarni was the Test Manager at Aztecsoft-Disha. Mahesh has thirteen years of experience with software engineering.
Mahesh has been an excellent technologies person with rich experience of test life cycles of variety of software systems
across various domains. Mahesh has a strong technology background and a rich experience spanning all phases of a testing life cycle across diverse domains. As a part of this Mahesh has built performance testing, test automation, security testing and functional testing teams at Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad.
Prior to Aztechsoft-Disha Mahesh had worked with development teams of Microsoft technologies and participated in developing ntier
applications for clients in India and UK. Mahesh did his engineering from BITS Pilani.
